The Institute of Agrophysics in cooperation with University of Life Sciences in Lublin and Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin organized a conference „ Agrophysics in Investigations of Natural Environment”, which took place on 15th September 2009 at the University of Life Sciences in Lublin. The conference was connected with the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the birth of  Professor Bohdan Dobrzański, the eminent soil scientist, organizer of academic life, founder and of the Institute and the Director of the institute for many years.
